Project Searches - Why can't I find a project?
Project can't be found when I search by the title
Our project titles are taken directly from planning applications, so the project title wording may differ from what you have.
Answer: break the project name down and try searching using a few keywords and selecting “all” rather than pasting your reference in full.
Project can't be found when I type in the location
There is a specific location function in the search bar, so using the project keyword bar may not work.
Answer: select from the location options rather than adding this to the project keyword.
Answer: try amending the radius in the location options (default is 25 miles).
Projects aren't listed in my search results
There are options to search by project, company or people by the search bar.
Answer: select "Projects" in the drop-down list.
Answer: click the arrow to open the companies project list or click anywhere else in the box to open the company listing.
The project still doesn't appear
Answer: The project may not be in your subscription coverage. Use the filter button to see date range, locations, categories, development types, and stages you already have access to and what extra data can be requested.
Data can be requested using the request data button.
Answer: If the project is finished or refused / abandoned you need to include them using the filter panel.
