Our data can be used outside of our platform where customers have their own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environments for business development purposes. Here are the options:
You can use saved searches or tagging to identify the data set you wish to export. You can then use our bespoke export option to download the required data fields from Barbour ABI on a manual basis.
Data can be accessed via our API and Developer Licence which can be requested from your Customer Success Manager or via the chat function on Barbour ABI. This allows more automation of data to your CRM on a flexible basis and depending on your business requirement.
Work with one of our CRM partners. While we do not offer full technical integration, we work with several partners who are specialists in manipulating our data for most CRM dashboards, so please speak with us and we will be happy to offer the most appropriate referral.
